Gregory A. Heasley, LMT
I graduated from the Natural Health Institute in Nashville, TN in February of 2010. Completing 600 hours of massage therapy training. While serving overseas in Afghanistan in 2004 I sustained a lower back injury which plagued me with pain for many years and affected my daily life, both at work and at home. I spent a lot of time seeing doctors, physical therapists and taking prescription drugs but still suffered on a daily basis.
I was urged by a friend to try massage therapy. At that point in time I was open to anything that would help me feel better. In my first session the therapist explained that the issue was muscular and that my muscles were still reacting as if the injury had just occurred. Within three sessions the pain had subsided and I knew right then and there that I too wanted to become a Massage Therapist to help others find healing from massage and bodywork. That is exactly what I did. I can now proudly offer massage to those who are looking for the light at the end of the tunnel. You don't have to suffer from pain, you can manage it. I would like to help.
